I am Daniela Rincon Morassutti, but people call me Dani. I am from Venezuela but I live in Los Angeles. I moved to the United States after finishing college in civil and mechanical engineering back home, to pursue my structural engineering graduate degree. I have loved writing since I was 10 years old, I even wanted to have a channel to have all my stories on TV. However, I stopped writing for quite sometime. When I moved to the US to pursue my master's degree in engineering, I needed to balance the technical side of my life. For me it was all numbers so I slowly started writing again. I am a young adult writer now. My first book was a romance book since I think romance books inspire us the most, but since I am an engineer I have always been fascinated with science fiction. Thus, I have been writing my second book and it will be a sci-fi. I do believe this will stay as my main writing genre from now on since this lets me fantasize about the future and its technology.
